Shipping
The shipping time from DHL is usually 1-4 working days.
If you can see from the tracking number that your package was lost at DHL because it did not receive a new scan, please contact us. However, we ask for your understanding that DHL has 7 days after the last scan to continue transporting the package. At DHL, we can only initiate an investigation 7 days after the last scan of your shipment.

There are no costs for the DHL return label.
If there is a defect or a wrong delivery in your order, please send us pictures of the article with your order ID to our e-mail address: customer kundendienst@Outlet46.de
Please note that an exchange is unfortunately not possible. If you are interested in an exchange, please reorder your desired item.

Yes, if you want to return different orders together, please pack them separately.
Even if your order was sent in several partial deliveries, all items can of course be returned together in one package.
In the event of a wrong delivery, please send us an email with your order ID to customer kundendienst@Outlet46.de and let us know what you have received. You can then send the wrongly delivered item back to us free of charge with our return label. We will deliver the correct item to you or refund the purchase amount if we no longer have it in stock. You will receive the return label from us by email.
The label is prepaid and there are no costs for you.
We are very sorry that you have reason to complain. In the event of a complaint, please send us pictures of the defect with details of your order ID to our e-mail address: Kundendienst@Outlet46.de. We will process your email within 24 hours. Together we will find a solution for your complaint.
Payment
You can pay conveniently and securely in our shop by prepayment, PayPal, invoice, credit card or direct debit.
1. Payment by bank transfer in advance
If you have chosen the payment method in advance, you will see our bank details and the appropriate purpose immediately after completing your order. You will of course also receive this data by email in the confirmation of receipt. After we have received your payment, you will be informed by us and your order will be dispatched immediately.
2. Payment by PayPal, on account, credit card & direct debit
If you have selected PayPal, on account, credit card or direct debit as the payment method for your order, you can click on the PayPal button, which will take you directly to the PayPal page. You can easily make your payment there. Here are some of the advantages PayPal offers you as an online payment service:

Fast: Shipping can take place within 24 hours.
Safe: The bank details and credit card details are not passed on.
If you want to return the item, please provide us with your bank details for a refund.
Order
If the order has not already been processed and no payment has yet been received, a cancellation or change is possible. Since we ship very quickly, we ask for your understanding that the cancellation cannot be executed even a few minutes after completing the order. You can refuse to accept the package in order to initiate a return immediately.
You have chosen PayPal, invoice, credit card, direct debit as payment method.
They will immediately confirm receipt of payment once the transaction has been completed.
If this does not happen, we have to assume that you do not want to make the purchase or that there is a problem.
In this case we can unfortunately no longer reserve the item for you.
Therefore the purchase will be canceled.
Of course you can order again.

Availabilities
We only have the sizes available that are visible in the shop. Unfortunately, it is not possible to reorder the various sizes. We do not offer the service of a notification when the desired article is available again.
Size Charts
Please note that we have no information from the manufacturer about how the individual items will turn out. If we receive a particularly large amount of customer feedback on the size failure of an item, this will of course be noted in the product description.
